RULES & REGULATIONS

1. **Membership Privileges:** Membership privileges are exclusive to registered members and their designated guests. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests while on club premises.

2. **Respectful Conduct:** All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow members, staff, and property.

3. **Property Usage:** Members may utilize club facilities and amenities during designated operating hours, based on availability. Any special requests for extended hours must be approved by club management.

4. **Payment of Dues:** Members are required to pay membership dues and any associated fees as specified in each members’ contract. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

5. **Guest Policy:** Members may invite guests to accompany them to the club, subject to guest policies and fees as outlined by club management.

6. **Health and Safety:** Members and guests must adhere to all health and safety protocols established by the club, including but not limited to wearing appropriate attire in designated areas, following posted guidelines for equipment use, and adhering to any sanitation measures.

7. **Alcohol and Substance Use:** Consumption of alcohol and controlled substances is permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with club policies and local laws. Intoxicated individuals will not be permitted entry to the club.

8. **Property Maintenance:** Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all club facilities and common areas. Any damages or concerns should be reported to club management promptly.

9. **Security Measures:** Members are required to cooperate with club security personnel and adhere to any security protocols in place to ensure the safety and security of all members and guests.

10. **Compliance with Regulations:** Members are expected to comply with all club rules and regulations as outlined in the membership agreement and any additional policies communicated by club management.

Violation of club rules and regulations may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, fines, suspension, or termination of membership privileges, at the discretion of club management. Members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with all club policies and guidelines to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all.
